Convicted

You do it, I do it.

We allow conviction-less statements out. We speak in such a manner that waters down what we are trying to say. Say what you mean, mean what you say.

I spotted this video a while ago, on Matthew’s blog I think and have been thinking about it ever since. This week, it randomly found me. I thought I’d share it with you.

Let’s change the way we talk, people!

This week, the Friday Favorite goes to John Piper’s Desiring God Blog Post: I Wrote a Poem to Put My Heart Right. It reminded me to rejoice, because my name is written in Heaven! What a simple concept that is too often easily forgotten!

My mom is on her way up for primo Tony’s college graduation! Yay!

Ha, side note: My sister told me that when my mom read the blog post I wrote about her, she cried. When she was done crying after a few minutes, she said to my sister “your sister has too much time on her hands.” That’s my family for you. Gotta love ’em.

 Have a great weekend all.

“It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect.” Psalm 18:32
